Swanage Library Friends

Swanage Library Friends support the library by fundraising for additional equipment and special events. We are also committed to raising the profile of the library in the community and increasing both membership and footfall as this is important in the longer term in ensuring the continuity of this service.

We believe Swanage Library provides a vital service to our town. The primary service is information and books, however, we also offer a range of activities, educational opportunities and social events that are free to all. Further to this the library supports the more vulnerable members of society who seek information and support.
