How long we keep information

We will delete personal information a maximum of 3 years after the last contact we have with you.
We will delete employee data after 7 years and delete recruitment information after 6 months.
Finance information is held for 6 years.
Safeguarding information will be stored until the child is 25 unless relevant for criminal prosecution. If Safeguarding relates to an adult behaviour the information will be kept until the person is 65 or for 10 years whichever is longer
Gift Aid information will be kept for 6 years.
Trustee minutes will be kept indefinitely.
